Half of the world’s population will experience menopause and yet many women are caught off guard. You may be feeling anxious and a bit fearful because you don’t know what to expect. Will you gain weight or have trouble sleeping? How will hot flashes and brain fog impact your life? Is this a problem with food or exercise or hormones? You’re confused and want to feel the way you did before, when you were more in control.

I’m a certified nutritionist and health coach specializing in menopause. My superpower is curiosity. I know every woman’s experience with menopause is different. I will listen to you and promise you a customized path forward for your specific needs. Together we can eliminate or minimize your symptoms and give you back your life.

Working with Me Starts with You

It’s Not Just What You Eat

You can work with me for 1 hour. I will offer very targeted recommendations for a specific menopause or nutrition challenge you are facing. You may always extend this to one of the other 2 programs.

You can work with me for 4-weeks. This allows for more time to zero in on a challenge or goal you have.

If a deep dive seems right for you, we can work together for 12 weeks. This allows for much deeper work.

Whatever your needs are, I have a program that’s right for you. And remember, you can always scale up.

This is a collaboration. I offer recommendation, resources, accountability and support. We work together to get to the root cause of your problem and find a sustainable solution. By taking small steps and making little changes you will see measurable results. My approach is science based and heart centered.

What you eat is always important and it is especially important when you’re on the menopause journey. However, it’s not only what you eat but how you eat. Frequency of meals matters. You don’t necessarily need to eat more but you may need to eat more frequently. Food choices affect your symptoms and your health. Learn to make the best food choices for you.

One on One Coaching

Working with me starts with a conversation. If you decide to work with me, we will meet once a week for four weeks. Each session is an hour long. At the end of our four weeks, you may continue to work with me either

bi-weekly or monthly at a reduced rate.
