This is a 90-minute 1:1 session that looks at your one major menopause or perimenopause challenge. I give you advice, guidance and an actionable plan so you can have a solution.
This is what you can expect:
We begin with a discussion about your challenges and your goals.
Then we look at your health history and lifestyle.
Next, we talk about what health and wellness looks like to you.
Most importantly you will receive actionable steps that you can use immediately.
This Foundational Session is for you if:
You’ve tried “everything” and nothing seems to work. You don’t know what else to do.
You’ve read the books and listened to the influencers. You have general knowledge but need a specific and personalized action plan.
You have an idea of what may work for you, but you’d like validation from a menopause specialist.
