This is a 90-minute 1:1 session that looks at your one major menopause or perimenopause challenge. I give you advice, guidance and an actionable plan so you can have a solution.

This is what you can expect:

  • We begin with a discussion about your challenges and your goals.

  • Then we look at your health history and lifestyle.

  • Next, we talk about what health and wellness looks like to you.

  • Most importantly you will receive actionable steps that you can use immediately.

This Foundational Session is for you if:

  • You’ve tried “everything” and nothing seems to work. You don’t know what else to do.

  • You’ve read the books and listened to the influencers. You have general knowledge but need a specific and personalized action plan.

  • You have an idea of what may work for you, but you’d like validation from a menopause specialist.
