Nut & Berry Bowl
Do you eat cereal for breakfast? Maybe it’s time to switch it up a bit. I really enjoy this berry and nut bowl. It’s super easy and healthy. Feel free to make it your own by switching out the berries. You can easily substitute the strawberries and blackberries with blueberries or raspberries or any other berry that you like. I also like to add a dash of cinnamon. Try it. I think you’ll like it. This makes one serving, but you can double or triple it easily.
Ingredients:
½ cup of strawberries sliced
½ cup of blackberries cut in half
2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons of chopped or slivered almonds
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon of hemp or flax seeds
¼ cup of milk – plant milk is fine.
Directions:
1. Add strawberries and blackberries to a bowl.
2. Top with nuts and seeds.
3. Pour milk on top.
