Program Structure
Our first meeting is to get to know you, your goals and your challenges and to access if this program is right for you. If so, we will schedule the 12 weekly meetings. These will be an hour long and come with supporting material to assist you on your journey. All meeting will be on Zoom unless you prefer phone calls.
I’ll even design a customized meal plan for you!
