I take a whole body approach to weight gain because trying to manage your weight by only changing what you eat won’t work.

Here’s why I’m different:

I am a licensed massage therapist, certified nutritionist and menopause coach with 20 years of experience in women’s wellness. And being post-menopausal, I understand your journey.  You are unique and I am curious. I combine all my expertise to bring you a whole-body, multidimensional approach to managing your weight. It’s impossible to only consider what you eat and expect lasting results. And since you deserve more than just guesswork, I use a science-based approach.

Your Investment

Time:

  • 60-minutes per week for our sessions

  • 15-20 minutes daily for implementing strategies

  • A few minutes daily for tracking progress

Financial:

  • $1445 for the full 12 weeks

  • Option to pay in installment at no extra charge

  • Investment includes all sessions, materials and support

  1. “Is this just another diet program?”

    No! This is about understanding why your body is responding differently during menopause and using strategies that work with your changing metabolism. There are no crazy restrictions, no “miracle supplements” and no unrealistic rues. Just solid science and sustainable solutions.

  2. “What makes you different from all the other menopause coaches out there?”

    Three things: proper certification (I’m both a certified nutritionist and menopause coach). 20 years of experience in women’s wellness. And I’ve been through menopause myself. I combine scientific knowledge with personal experience and professional training.

  3. “I’ve tried everything - how’s this different?”

    Most weight loss programs don’t account for the hormonal and metabolic changes of menopause. They focus on the “eat less, exercise more messaging which doesn’t work when in reality it is about insulin sensitivity and changing hormone levels. I focus on these strategies that work with your menopausal body.

  4. “Do I have to buy special foods and supplements?”

    No. We work with real food that you can find in any grocery store. Although we might discuss supplements that could benefit you, they are not required. I don’t sell supplements or get commission for recommending them.

  5. “Do you take insurance?”

    I do not accept insurance; however I believe that care should be available to everyone. I offer a payment plan at no extra charge. You can also use your HSA or FSA. I will give you a receipt to submit. The methods of payment that I accept are credit cards, PayPal and Zelle.

  6. “How long before I see results?”

    There is no magic timeline. Anyone promising you instant results is selling a fantasy. Most women will start noticing changes in their energy level and the way their clothes fir in about 4 to 6 weeks. This program aims for sustainable, long-lasting results, not quick fixes that backfire.

  7. “I trave a lot and have a crazy schedule. Will this work for me?”

    Yes. I create strategies that fit YOUR life, not the other way around. The goal is to give you tools that work whether you are at home, traveling or have unexpected schedule changes. As long as you are committed to doing the work, you will succeed.

  8. “What happens after the 12 weeks?”

    You’ll have the knowledge and tools to continue on your own. However, if you want ongoing support, we can discuss maintenance options. This isn’t about dependency. It’s about giving you the understanding you need to navigate this stage of life.
