All menopause journeys are different. It’s your menopause, not your mom’s or your sister’s or your best friend’s. It’s yours which means that your symptoms and challenges may be very different from theirs.
I offer a variety of options at different price points to help you manage anything that perimenopause, menopause or post menopause send your way. You don’t need to do menopause alone. Let’s discuss what you need and how I can help you achieve your health goals.

If you’re in Jersey City, let’s meet at my monthly menopause meetup. And if you are not in my neighborhood, schedule a free call. I’d love to talk to you and discuss how I can help you with your challenges and goals. FREE.
Need help with what to eat and meal planning? I offer a 7-day Customized Meal Plan that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. It can be tailored to fit your eating habits and lifestyle. We meet for 1/2 hour on Zoom to discuss what you need and 1/2 hour afterwards for questions and review. $150
Do you want help with weight gain or other menopause symptoms but you don’t need a 12-week deep dive? You have an idea of what to do and need some advice and guidance. My Foundation Session is for you. If you decide later on that you want more support, you can always scale up. This meeting takes place on Zoom. $225
Weight Loss for Menopause is an in depth 12-week journey focusing on weight loss. Learn about everything that is included here. We meet on Zoom. $1445
